Position Description:

As a vital member of the Research and Development (R&D) team, the UI/UX Designer will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the user experience for our clients. This role is essential in delivering cutting-edge, dynamic web applications that not only support clients in their mission-critical tasks but also significantly enhance their productivity and ensure that our products become indispensable tools in their daily operations. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with proven experience in developing intuitive, user-centric designs that resonate with users and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Strategy & Collaboration:

Develop and communicate a clear design rationale that aligns with business objectives.Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, customers, and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and implement innovative UX solutions.Act as a bridge between various disciplines, ensuring that design concepts are translated into actionable solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.UX Deliverables Creation:

Generate a broad spectrum of UX deliverables tailored to specific design challenges, including whiteboard sketches, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Ensure that all designs are user-centric, focusing on intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.User Research & Testing:

Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.Facilitate focus groups and usability testing sessions to identify UX gaps and test proposed solutions.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement of the user experience.Design Language & System Development:

Establish and maintain a cohesive design language that reflects the brand identity and enhances the overall product experience.Develop and manage a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across the product and devices.Skills and Qualifications:

Experience & Expertise:

- Mid-level experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS products.

- A deep understanding of user experience principles, including user research, user-centered design techniques, information architecture, and usability testing.

- Proven track record of creating compelling digital experiences for large-scale platforms that delight users and drive engagement.Attention to Detail:

- Exceptional attention to detail, with a relentless focus on eliminating user friction and enhancing the overall user experience.

- Ability to identify and address potential usability issues before they become problematic, ensuring a seamless user journey.Design Confidence & Collaboration:

- Bold and confident in your design capabilities, yet humble and open to collaboration, valuing input from team members and stakeholders.

- Enthusiastic about implementing new ideas and continuously improving design practices.Usability Reviews & Design System Development:

- Experience in conducting and presenting usability reviews, offering constructive feedback, and driving design improvements.

- Previous experience in developing and maintaining a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.

$90,000 - $100,000 a year

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus potential of 10% annually.
