SummaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Display Integrated Marketing organization. The incumbent will be responsible for CRM, Lead Qualification, Operations & Analytics you will be responsible for helping drive demand and engagement for both B2B and B2C CRM campaigns.

Project Management

Help guide logistics for our B2B and B2C CRM programs focusing on calendars, offers, proofing, etc.Database Health

Help process and maintain our B2B Data for accurate segmentation and analytics needs.Email Governance

Work with internal stakeholders & external agencies on email project management, branding, legal, copywriting and analytics reviews for B2B and B2C campaignsSales Enablement

Assist with sales enablement initiatives to help communicate demand activities and provide sales with resources when neededAnalytics

Assist with pulling together various B2B and B2C campaign analytics utilizing our platforms for weekly, monthly and quarterlyAdhoc Projects

Help assist with various Adhoc CRM, Operations, and Lead Qualification and Analytics efforts outside of our daily duties as they arise.

Role and Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree required and 6 years of experience with Email Marketing communications or customer engagement with strong knowledge of management and execution of multi-touch email nurturing and lead generation campaigns (required).Familiarity of marketing analytics and project managementPrior experience in working with email service providers, managing a daily email/SMS campaign and reporting on results is required.Experience working with External Agencies requiredExperience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis requiredExperience in working with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Eloqua preferred.Tableau, Jira, Confluence experience a plusKnowledge of data capture and hygiene strategies.Microsoft Office skills - PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are required.Must be able to develop detailed PowerPoint presentations that tell a story, advanced Word & Excel useSkilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.Fast paced work environment and multi-tasking skills needed for this role.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.

Education/Experience:

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
