Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the Western United States, is seeking a full-time

Graphic Designer

to work from the

Phoenix

office. You will be responsible for performing creative design, publication layout, stock photo research, production design, and informational graphic design (i.e. charts and maps) for attorneys and administrative departments throughout the firm.

The position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

Design and produce promotional materials including event invitations and related materials; partner and office announcements; newsletters; print advertisements; custom proposal covers; enhanced PowerPoint presentations; static and Flash Web site graphics; HTML e-communications with responsive design; signage and displays; courtroom graphics and other collateral materials as neededConduct photo research with various stock photo vendorsAssist team with maintenance of a style guide to help promote the appropriate use of the firm’s corporate identity standardsInterface with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverablesHandle production changes on material created by firm’s outside design firm(s), as appropriateAll other duties and projects as assigned or requiredExperience and Qualifications:

At least three to five years of graphic designer experience, including in law or other professional service firmsBachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is preferredAbility to work well with others and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships internally and externallyExcellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills within a variety of settingsAbility to work well under pressure within a deadline-driven environmentExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to present a professional and polished image and demeanorProficiency in Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMS, and CRM management is neededAbility to work extended and/or weekend hours, as requiredAbility to travel, as required
