Marketing Specialist

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to plan, develop, and implement a wide variety of marketing projects in a fast-paced work environment. This role works with internal and external customers to develop advertising schedules, coordinate marketing channels inclusive of digital, traditional, social media, special events, and write marketing copy.

Essential duties include the following:

Assists in the development of annual strategic marketing campaigns.Supports the marketing managers in evaluating marketing efforts.Executes the implementation of projects, advertisement placements, and media schedules.Produces proposals and budgets for special events including requirements for locations, lodging, meeting facilities, technology, media, security, and related activities.Edits and oversees printing of marketing/communications materialsFollows-up initial concepts for sales and marketing collateral, advertising, and special events; and monitors and evaluates production schedules, inventory, and supplier/vendor relationships.Provides various administrative support functions.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.At least two (2) years in marketing, communication activities, or related experience.Working knowledge in editing articles, developing slide and/or computer presentations, and creating audio-video presentations.Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong working knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design.Strong project management skills.Ability to create and produce graphic materials using a wide range of media, methods, techniques, and equipment.Strong working knowledge of graphic layout and photographic requirements and procedures.Able to operate office equipment including a copy machine, fax, and binding machine, computer and all appropriateprinters.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Internet, Desktop Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.Able to sit or stand for long periods of time while executing computer graphic applications, creating, reviewing, or delivering media communications, and other marketing materials.SWBC offers*:
