About the Role:

The Wonder Project's marketing coordinator will support the overall Marketing and Communications/PR team in the development, execution and management of all marketing and press efforts. The role will report into the VP, Marketing.

Location: Los Angeles

Day to Day:

Manage timelines, creative materials, meeting agendas, meeting recaps and maintain calendars.Support team in the project management of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to provide necessary materials, copy and promotional materials.Liaise with internal departments (Studio, Product, Business & Legal, Post-Production) and external agencies to ensure that all campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner.Submission and maintenance of invoices/budget/expenses to ensure projects are up to date.Conduct competitive landscape audits and research cultural insights ancillary to campaigns.What you bring to the table:

~2 years of experience in the entertainment industry as a marketing assistant or coordinatorExcellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detailStrong project management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously in the face of shifting priorities and deadlinesHighly resourceful; requires someone who can take initiative with minimal direction, has the ability to seek out information from appropriate sources and has exceptional follow-throughMust possess solid computer, writing and technical skills, including a familiarity with social media, and digital video content; working knowledge of Google SuiteMust be willing to work in-office (2-3 days per week)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000

Equity participation in management option pool (Series A company)
