We're seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Programme Manager to join our global marketing organisation.

This crucial position will help us define and deliver campaigns and key marketing projects across multiple business segments. The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with our marketing segment leads, our internal production teams and external vendors, and our analytics and BI teams, to play a critical role in the planning, execution, delivery and ongoing performance measurement of activities.

The successful candidate will be adept at project management in a marketing context: planning and then leading operational delivery of marketing activities across multiple channels and geographies. They'll be well organized, detail-oriented and numerate, and will have experience of working in similar roles within marketing teams, ideally within an international, B2B environment.

An important aspect of this role is communication and engagement with internal stakeholders - so the ideal candidate will also be an excellent written and verbal communicator, and have strong interpersonal skills.

Working within our Global Marketing organization, the role reports to a Sr. Manager, Marketing. Position can be in-office, remote or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planningWork with marketing segment leads, taking an active role in the planning and development of campaigns to feed and drive organic growth plans, inclusive of: understanding context, segmentation and targeting; setting and quantifying campaign objectives; channel selection; timing; messaging and proposition development; and our tracking and measurement approach.Turning campaign ideas and initiatives into clear and actionable briefs for delivery.Project management and delivery

After planning, to take ownership on operationalizing campaigns, and leading and managing campaign delivery across multiple channels, systems and geographies.This includes: briefing and interfacing with internal production teams, external vendors and partners; and managing activity and delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.Tracking and performance monitoring

Work with analytics teams to measure and appraise performance and ROI, and delivery timeline MI throughout the lifecycle of a campaign or project.Understand the data flows within our marketing technology stack and CRM system, and in particular handoffs at key lead stages.Build and develop playbooks

Begin to build and develop internal playbooks for common campaign types and lead-gen initiatives, helping to define What Good Looks Like, and educate segment leads and wider teams on potential improvements and incremental gains.Customer and Market Insight

Be obsessed with customer insight and market orientation.Work with our marketing segment leads and our internal analytics teams to help design and evolve actionable customer segmentations, supporting a robust, business-wide understanding of who our customers are, what we mean to them, what they mean to us, and how to better serve them.Stay current with trends in-and-around our key lines of business and market segments, and bring an outside-in perspective.
