PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR (FT):
Assist Promotions Manager on promotional opportunities that target the particular needs of each client. Ensure proper and thorough execution of station events, promotions and giveaways. Create wrap-up reports for station promotions. Ensure the station maintains a good community outreach report by ensuring station participation at valuable community events. Ensure station visibility through daily van hits. Part-time driver and intern scheduling, prize inventory, maintain promotional inventory, station vehicles, intern recruitment and administration. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Excellent organizational/communications skills (oral & written). Attention to detail. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must. Previous promotions radio experience essential. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer skills.Send resume with cover letter to:
