The VP, Product Marketing is responsible for leading the understanding around all Nexxen products and capabilities, with the ability to identify and create opportunities for Nexxen growth across organizational functions. The role will be fluent in all the customer audiences, solutions available for those customers and empower commercial team members, existing clients and prospects on the value of these offerings. They will be able to successfully evangelize the full product suite, train and educate internal as well as external marketplace stakeholders. They successfully elevate their thinking to move beyond their own team and have a broader business focus. They will also need to work with Nexxen's executive and product teams to help bring new solutions or improvements to the market. These efforts include solution commercialization, feedback/insights, packaging, pricing and process. The role will head a team that works across all Nexxen's capabilities.Please note - We have a

2-3 days in the local office

30% of time: drive key strategies efforts to grow the business, including (but not limited to): narratives, pitches, marketing plans, pricing and naming20% of time: drive core executional activities of commercialization & feedback/insights, including (but not limited to): GTM process steps, case studies, QBRs inputs and customer interactions20% of time: drive ongoing, cross-functional processes or tools that further grow the core and deliver focused innovation, including (but not limited to): File Sharing, Commercialization Process, Pendo, Case Studies, Email Blasts, L&D, Inventory Highlights, Collateral Design and Dedicated Newsletters30% of time: drive and support ongoing, cross-functional processes or tools that further grow the core training and deliver focused innovation on how to better develop commercial employeesKnowledge, Skillsets And Abilities

Effective strategy development and implementationRepresents Nexxen at industry and owned events as a speaker or panelist, demonstrating expertise and thought leadershipEffectively insert self into the conversation for customer meeting inclusion, making an impact conveying value to customers and garnering actionable insights from customer interactionsCritical thinker who can work cross-functionally across different business groups and stakeholdersMastery over strategy, from development to implementationClear understanding and solid articulation of much of Nexxen's business and competitive set across formats, integrations and channelsTested team management skill setStrong business acumen with alignment to company goals and opportunities for overall business growth (financial, strategic)Skillsets extend beyond Product Marketing with mastery over areas including (but not limited to): comms, design, events and researchExperience in change managementOwnership of team budgetWhat will I bring?

15+ years in media, marketing, event planning, communications, sales enablement, product marketing or digital advertising10+ years holding a marketing or communications specific role6+ years at a tech company (ad tech a plus)10+ years in a leadership role, managing multiple direct reportsBA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent training or experienceMaster's degree in business, Marketing, or related field a plusAt Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. Our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $175,000 - $240,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.#HYBRID
