The compensation target range for this role is: $92,200 - $97,000

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have Retail Store Planning & Design experience. This role works directly with both internal and external partners across Purple Channels & multiple functions to ensure completion of all design tasks related to Retail Environments projects. This work includes managing the Owned Retail fleet of stores planograms to ensure they are current, supporting ongoing tests in stores with multiple planogram options with quick turnaround and superior attention to detail. Complete window elevations, by location, to support marketing initiatives that impact sales revenue. Manage design work for Owned Retail new locations or remodels in partnership with the Construction & Facilities group. Provide directional guidance and project completion for Wholesale channel to include Las Vegas Market, Shop-in-Shop opportunities, and planograms for large wholesale accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Fluent in Sketchup & AutoCAD to create conceptual store environment fixture updates, merchandising planograms, and window elevations to support business needs.Create drawings for new concepts, remodels, and fixture refreshes.Develop floorplans to scale for company events.Collaborate and provide support to internal and external partners.Maintain Design Guidelines to ensure brand consistency.Support the Las Vegas Market Space development & other Channel specific requests.

Required Skills, Education, Experience

College Degree or 5 years of relevant Store Design/Store Planning retail work experience.Possess an eye for detail exhibiting a high standard for quality deliverables.Manage workload, see what needs to be accomplished, prioritize, and create plans to efficiently meet timelines in both immediate and future.Creative ability as it relates to interiors and their relationships with the consumer experience in a retail environment with an eye toward the future.Excellent communication skills including verbal, non-verbal, and written.Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions with a hands-on approach.Flexibility in an ever-changing, fast-paced retail environment.Urgency to address, respond to, and resolve issues.Collaborative approach to finding the “best” solution.Process improvement mindset.Effective at Influencing others without a direct reporting relationship.Demonstrate the ability to take direction, feedback, and desire to grow.Travel requirement 20%

Physical Requirements

Physical activities may occasionally include:Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.Use of ladders using safety protocol/OSHA standards required.
