Graphics Software Engineering Manager
for the Compiler Graphics Test Dev team to lead a dynamic and diverse group of graphics application engineers.
Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.What You’ll Be Doing:Be both a technical and managerial leader for the team.Define and implement various graphics tests and test strategies for the compiler.Show strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a real passion for working with cutting-edge technologies.Be hands-on in graphics SW development.Collaborate with engineering teams, program and product management, and partners to ensure product requirements, goals, and objectives are met and exceeded.
What We Need To See:B.S. or M.S. in computer science or equivalent experience.10+ overall years of experience in the software industry with specialization in graphics application development.3+ years in strong technical leadership positions.Strong understanding of SW development life cycle and tools.Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python.Experience with DirectX, OpenGL/Vulkan, HLSL/GLSL.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:Familiar with NVIDIA GPU products.Experience with revision control software and management tools, such as Git, Perforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Make.Familiarity with statistical analysis tools for identifying and isolating out-of-bound behavior.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
