We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help define our next generation of digital products. As a Senior UX Designer on our team, you will:Use a variety of discovery techniques to understand the needs of our digital users and internal stakeholders.Deftly translate user goals and business objectives into compelling UX (functional) designs for consumer-facing digital products.Work collaboratively with colleagues in Creative and Development in a fast-paced Agile environment.Foster internal understanding of the needs, pain points, and goals of users throughout the design process.Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:Three-plus years experience leading the functional design of digital experiences for a consumer audience, with proven experience designing for responsive web (mobile design preferred).Three-plus years experience creating Human Centered Design artifacts, such as personas, scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, and functional prototypes.Demonstrated knowledge of design heuristics and principles applicable for creating usable, efficient, and effective digital products.Required Skills/Experience:Experience planning and assessing formative and evaluative research, including user testing.Demonstrated experience presenting your work and research insights to stakeholders and subject matter experts.Demonstrated understanding of current web accessibility regulations, guidelines, and how they impact digital design.Preferred Skills/Experience:Experience developing UX designs for native mobile apps.Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM team.Education/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (human-computer interaction, information design, communications, etc.).Certifications or advanced/specific degree in User Experience design, Usability, or a related discipline preferred.
