Reporting to the Director, UX Research + Design, the UX Researcher is an attentive listener, a confident facilitator, and a team player; able to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. This individual is responsible for gathering and communicating insights for discovery and validation; and is able to frame problems and solutions from the user’s point of view.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product, marketing, visual design, analytics, and technology teams to deliver exceptional digital user experience to our Owners, Passengers, Crewmembers, Agents, and corporate teamsParticipate in live and remote user test planning, facilitation, and moderation, whiteboard sessions, affinity mapping / card sort / workshopping for generative and evaluative purposesCommunicate research insights and frame actionable recommendations and conceptsDevelop user flows, task analyses, wireframes, wireflows, personas, journey maps, feedback surveys, service maps, et. al. as neededContribute to the repository of research findings and insights for future use and referenceAdvocate for the user in areas of web accessibility and inclusionEmbrace UX research best practices and methodsEmbrace our open culture of optimism, curiosity, and rapid experimentationEducationBachelor’sCertifications and Licenses
