The Closed-Loop Monetization Product Team is responsible for the TikTok Shop advertising solution, which helps TikTok Shop merchants grow their business on TikTok. TikTok Shop is an innovative shopping feature that enables merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center tab. TikTok Shop is now available in Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will scale TikTok Shop ads and customize it to the unique needs of the U.S. Market. You will help retailers and brands of all sizes connect with their customers through TikTok and ultimately drive business growth. You will also work with TikTok creators to investigate opportunities for monetization with advertising solutions.

ResponsibilitiesBuild holistic ad solutions for video shopping, livestream shopping, and product shopping based on affiliate creative supply in the TikTok ecosystem.Define product strategy and roadmap for TikTok Shop ads, managing your product's lifecycle from end to end.Collaborate with technical and nontechnical cross-functional stakeholders globally to define product strategy, build hypothesis-driven experiment frameworks, evaluate trade-offs and metrics, and lead the go-to-market strategy.Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify client pain points and priorities, and lead short- and long-term business strategy and implementation plans for TikTok Shop ad solutions.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.3+ years of hands-on product management experience, successfully guiding the development of one or more ad tech products through the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch (Note: This does not include total years of experience).Extensive understanding of performance advertising, demonstrated by direct experience in building performance ad solutions (e-commerce/shopping ads preferred).Strong logical and critical thinking skills, utilizing a facts and data-driven approach to problem-solving.Highly analytical, with a laser focus on user needs. Proven ability to define a product roadmap in the face of ambiguity and uncertainty. Data-oriented, yet decisive even when limited data is available.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating a scrappy and proactive approach.

Job Information:The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $311000 annually.
