As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.

Key Responsibilities:Be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design and providing TikTok users with great shopping experience and product solution.Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:Experience as a product manager or product developer.Excellent communication skills, data driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.Collaborate with cross function teams to define business strategy and product roadmap; provide localized shopping experience.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above.5 years work experience in customer facing products.Have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business and customers, and the ability to understand the new business models.Experience in social commerce, video user experiences, or creator ecosystems.Experience developing ranking or recommendation products in partnership with AI/ML teams.

Job Information:Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
