About the TeamAs the window to TikTok's business services, our TikTok Monetization UX Design team aims to enable and inspire clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential.

In this role, you will:Execute content design and UX writing for workstreams within TikTok Ads Manager, our flagship monetization productCraft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI contentContribute to and evolve TikTok Monetization's content, voice, and style guidelinesMeet and align with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrativeCollaborate with and influence design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentParticipate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across monetization productsDefine efficient, practical solutions and processes for large-scale problems

Qualifications

Minimum QualificationsWriting portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides, or product launch contentExperience using Sketch, Figma, and AsanaSelf-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirementsExperience building style guides and language systemsExperience collaborating with Product Management, Design, User Research, Engineering, and Localization teams

Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in content designAbility to think at a high level about product strategy and visionSelf-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervisionBachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
