Position Summary:

We are currently looking for highly motivated, full-time in-home solar outside sales representatives who like the idea of unlimited income potential. Our solar outside sales representatives are provided with 2-3 WARM leads per day, originating from a countless number of marketing avenues which we employ today.

We train our sales representatives to be experts in all aspects of home improvement, including home automation, smart home technology, energy efficiency, solar system design, and implementation. When our unique line of energy efficiency products are presented as trained, closing 1-2 deals per week is not difficult.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the full sales cycle with company-provided leads.

Present the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy to homeowners.

Close deals consistently based on home value increase, ROI, rebates, customer-owned systems vs. lease options, and push value of our products.

Analyze customers’ current and future electrical usage.

Ongoing training in home automation, smart home technology, home improvement, and energy efficiency.

Stay educated on the newest solar energy products, technology, and financing options.

Drive to pre-set appointments daily around the target area.

You Must Have:

Availability to run 2-3 appointments daily.

Motivated nature to be part of a leading solar company.

Flexibility to work evening in-home sales appointments and Saturdays.

Reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout the territory.
