Ability to drive results and manage communication workflow in a matrix commercial organization for clothes care productsLead the NPI checklist activities by working with agencies and other business stakeholders to deliver on-time assets required for each NPI launchDevelop and execute all merchandising promotional programs including point-of-purchase, displays, field communications, and training assets for all distribution channelsDevelop and execute the plan to sell for both Retail and Contract channelsTogether with the Commercial Director lead the M-review and C-review processesResponsible for the creative process, messaging, and commercial content for all clothes care productsAnalyze clothes care digital engagement and usage data to better understand consumers at individual/segment level to better provide tailored messaging/products/solutionsInterface with Field Sales and Customers to maximize effectiveness of merchandising programs.Co-manage the product line co-op/intern to support merchandising needs and marketing support in day-to-day activitiesWhat You'll Bring to Our Team
BA/BS degree from an accredited university or college; Marketing or other Business relatedMinimum of 7 years of Commercial roles; such as sales, marketing, pricing and operations.Excellent interpersonal skillsArticulate, effective communicatorDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functionallyHigh attention to detailMust be willing and able to travel to GEA sites and customers, as neededDesired Characteristics
