We are looking for an
Influencer Marketing Assistant
to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from sourcing, outreach, contract coordination, and negotiation, briefing of branding guidelines, fulfillment/logistics support, management of ongoing campaigns, and QA on influencer content until campaign/performance reporting.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-known brand and wants continuous learning and growth during their career.Salary Range : up to 60,000 per month
Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.The BenefitsWork From HomePerformance, Attendance, and Referral BonusesPaid Holidays and Time OffsHealth Insurance CardThe RoleBuild lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters (e.g., number of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC).Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed)Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-pointsEscalating issues when appropriate regarding affiliates/influencer's contract negotiation and/or deliverablesFacilitation of contract closingDraft project briefing documents with client guidance so affiliates/influencers can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creationQC ongoing campaigns (review if the content posted is within the guidelines)Analyze influencer and affiliate data to ensure we are continuously working with the right peopleThe Requirements:2+ years of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns is a must-haveStrong written and verbal English communication skills are a must-haveMust have intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS OfficeExperience with Aspire or an influencer/affiliate marketing program is a nice-to-havePreferably from the Beauty industry experience, beauty brands, hair brands, DTC experienceBeing familiar with demographics of mostly GenZ/millennials, content creators, and hair stylists is preferredShould be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on timeMust have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the USWe are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
