Blueprint is a digital experience designed exclusively for small business owners, providing access to tools to manage Card and cash flow more efficiently and with greater confidence. This team is seeking a highly motivated thought-leader to develop the Business Blueprint Product Marketing strategy, serve as the voice of the Blueprint customer, and partner cross-functionally to drive greater awareness and usage of Blueprint.Develop and continuously optimize platform messaging and positioning strategyDevelop a clear Enterprise narrative and GCS value proposition of Blueprint as a membership benefit.Lead go-to-market strategy for new platform features across relevant marketing channels and user experiencesIncrease platform usage & engagement through evolving UX messaging and new marketing journeysIntegrate platform value proposition deeply into Business Checking and Business Line of Credit acquisition and lifecycle marketing.Partner across a broad stakeholder group including Product, Engagement Marketing, Risk, Analytics and Compliance to deliver innovative, compliant Product Marketing strategiesWork collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure customer centricity across the E2E experienceMinimum QualificationsSuperior project management skills (ability to balance multiple priorities with close attention to detail and deliver high quality output)Drives results and operates with a high sense of accountability and professionalismProactively collaborates, seeks input and understands others’ goals to bring out the best for the business.Embraces a culture of “we” and lives by the Blue Box ValuesStrong communicator with effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsCan operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and make decisions quicklyCan create effective and visually empowering presentationsData driven, customer-centric, strategic thinkerPreferred QualificationsExperience in Product Marketing/Leading go-to-market strategiesPeople leadership experienceFamiliarity with Amex GCS businessSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
