This is a unique opportunity to help influence product strategy and the future of user engagements for Blue Yonder and our customers.Blue Yonder UX team delivers this through an understanding of:People via qualitative and quantitative research.Product opportunities through user research and competitive assessment.Technology feasibility via future trends mapping activities.We are looking for cross-functional collaborators who derive insights through proper use of research methods to create a compelling vision to enable product roadmaps. You will work with Engineers, Designers and Business functions to deliver detailed prototypes and product designs to accelerate the growth of our enterprise Supply Chain software solution portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Research and Analysis: Lead and participate in the product discovery phase of ideation and validation. Conduct user research and analysis applying established qualitative and quantitative research methods and best practices to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Analyze competitors UI to benchmark and identify gaps between current product offerings and user aspirations with changing technology landscape.Concept Development: Create prototypes and concept designs to communicate the strategic vision to the design and development teams. Continuously improve user experience by proposing design changes based on user feedback and business needs. Collaborate with development teams and external partners to continuously evaluate new product/concept feasibility.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the UX strategy and product roadmap are robustly supported. Champion UX in all discussions, ensuring that user experience principles are integral to product development processes.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Responsible for enhancing user engagement and satisfaction through every product release. Define KPIs and metrics to assess the success of the user experience and make informed decisions based on product analytics.Learning and Growing: Cultivate a deep understanding of supply chain products and processes, best practices in enterprise software design, GenAI technologies, and best practices in product management. Use this expertise to advocate for and implement UX-driven strategies that contribute to the product’s success.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, User Experience Design, or a related field5+ years of experience, in the industry as UX Designer with focus on Product Design for new product initiatives and GTM strategies.A clear understanding of user-centered design processes and research methods and their application for identifying and solving problemsAbility to analyze, visualize and present research results with detailed documentationAbility to apply design thinking in data gathering and analysis/synthesis activities.Ability to design prototypes using variety of design tools as neededStrong storytelling and presentation skills with ability to defend and improve proposed ideas through internal and external stakeholder alignment.Experience and a proven ability to think creatively and strategically.Clear, concise and transparent communication styleAction-oriented, diligent and flexibleTime management skills, attention to detail, and ability to think and act strategically and proactivelyPassion about discovering great insights and define opportunity/innovation spaces.Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and organization skills.Good understanding of client management and project management.Preferred qualifications:Working knowledge of research tools such as Dovetail, UserZoom, Morae, etc.Experience with data analytics, telemetry and user-analytics tool is a plusExperience in designing enterprise software solutions in supply chain industry or related industry is a plusExperience participating in the sales lifecycle (directly or indirectly)*The salary range for this position is $110,430 – $143,896*LI-HH1The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
