Join us at Guidehouse.ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Associate, Internal Communications, you will serve as the strategic advisor to Guidehouse teams, supporting business strategy, change management initiatives, and company brand through offering communications program consultation, content development, and delivery. We are looking for someone who has the innate ability to summarize and share company strategy in a meaningful way for our diverse, global employee population. This role is based out of the Washington, D.C./Tysons, Virginia-area and blends strategic planning with tactical execution.Primary areas of responsibility will include:Develop and implement engaging and informative employee-targeted communications plans and deliver those messages through a variety of communication channels and mediums.Project manage incoming internal communications requests. Co-lead monthly editorial calls to ensure stakeholders are informed of upcoming communications.Work closely with the Internal Communications team, Enterprise Content Director, and Human Capital to develop and manage the editorial calendar, weekly global newsletter, and other communications requests to ensure a strategic pattern and consistent experience for all employees, driving our company messages, and evolving storylines.Partner with IT to maintain our corporate distribution lists.Communicate business and leadership strategy, company growth and wins, and business unit information clearly and accurately, including developing content that is accessible, understandable, and engaging for a global audience.
