We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing efforts, driving brand growth and market penetration.Job Summary:As the Director of Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead and grow a dynamic team, driving initiatives that enhance our brand, engage our customers, and expand our market presence. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will be critical in achieving our ambitious growth objectives. Expertise in HubSpot is essential, as we leverage this platform extensively for our marketing activities. Your contributions will be crucial in scaling our revenue, driving market penetration for our innovative products, and furthering our mission to build stronger connections within the communities we serve.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance awareness of our brand and products.Lead demand generation campaigns, utilizing HubSpot to its fullest potential to ensure market share growth and increased customer engagement.Analyze marketing data and trends to adjust strategies and plans, ensuring they meet market demands and stay ahead of competitors.Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.Excel in using marketing data to inform and justify strategies, demonstrating an analytical approach to market trends and campaign performance.Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing leadership or a related role, with significant accomplishments in demand generation and sales enablement.Expertise in using HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM functions.Strong background in data analysis with an ability to leverage marketing data to drive strategic decisions.Experience in telecommunications is a plus but not required.What we offer:
