Their mission is to create high quality knitwear, locally and sustainably, in retail-ready but classic.They’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join their innovative team.Marketing Manager Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and executing marketing plans to elevate the overall brand. You will own the marketing calendar across channels and build 360 go-to-market strategies for products, launches, and key moments for the brand. The ideal candidate will be a strong cross-functional partner to the team and shepherd initiatives from idea to execution with enthusiasm.Marketing Manager Responsibilities

Manage, develop, and implement marketing campaigns and ensure effective utilization of available promotional spaceEstablish omni-channel marketing best practices, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, PR, and social mediaOversee the marketing promotion campaign calendar, ensure deliverables are achieved on-time and accurately, and follow-up with internal and external partners as necessaryDefine, refine, and manage the paid social acquisition and paid media retention strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and other key paid social channels (agency)Update copy on websiteUpdate homepage main imagesDetermine A/B creative content options and A/B audience options and create bi-weekly report to compare A/B resultsMonitor Google AnalyticsRecommend and advise on options and capabilities utilizing marketing and communications best practices and channel knowledgeLeverage research, reports, and data to support stakeholder business solution strategiesManage affiliate programReview products for quality, consistency, accuracy, and advancement of the visual and verbal brand in design reviews, and ensure that consistent image/message is conveyedScout out influencers, reach out and make deals, send product Product Placement / Wardrobe OppsMarketing Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience preferredMUST come from Apparel/fashion company background!!!!MUST live in LA!!4-6 years marketing experience with management experienceAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteMust be detail-oriented and deadline focusedKnowledge of marketing best practices in the B2B fieldsBroad understanding of traditional and emerging channelsComfortable working independently, hands on, roll up your sleeves mentality.
