We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a collaborative learning platform in Brazil to lead an international team of 6. The role involves creating, optimizing, and monitoring ads, as well as adjusting strategies based on keyword and ad performance. Advanced skills in data analysis and metrics, social media management, SEO optimization, and advertising campaign management are required.Responsibilities:Create, optimize, and monitor ads across various digital platforms.Adjust marketing strategies based on keyword performance and ad results.Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make improvement recommendations.Manage social media to increase engagement and student enrollment.Optimize SEO to improve the platform’s visibility in search engines.Manage and execute online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media.Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant materials.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote educational programs.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Google Ads.Experience in SEO, SEM, and social media management.Strong skills in data analysis and performance metrics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic environment.Advanced English (C1).
