This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

Able to distill sophisticated investment concepts into engaging content

Has strong project management experience, including ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and meet deadlines

Has superior collaboration skills and the ability to work across functional teams and all levels of the organization

High level of initiative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

What you will do:

Develop and implement marketing content for new product launches. Includes participation in product planning discussions, development and execution of communication plans, and development and production of materials.

Materials developed for new product launches typically include: offering memorandum (also known as a private placement memorandum), presentation, fact sheet, launch email, due diligence materials, due diligence web site (also known as a data room), data room spreadsheets, and internal training materials.

Work closely with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teams as well as product specialists to shape and define product messaging.

Implement external webcasts, product insights, and update emails to help guide conversations between launches and to support product fundraising.

Work with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes including PPM supplements.

Help ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materials.

And other responsibilities as required!

What you bring:

Experience developing marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focus.

Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices and relationship management process.

Demonstrated comfort delivering feedback and direction to senior partners and investment professionals.

Solid knowledge of financial markets, specifically private equity, private wealth, private debt, and real assets/infrastructure, and evergreen products.

Familiarity with investment concepts and high level of comfort with numbers and analysis.

Familiarity and understanding of nuances within private markets clients.

Proven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

Ability to write about complex concepts in a clear and compelling style, as well as a proven ability to vary tone and language based on project/audience.

Ability to independently analyze information and solve problems.

Education Preferred:

Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience or Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience.

Experience:

8-12 Years experience.
