Position Summary:
The Vice President of Merchandising, a member of the leadership team, will be responsible for curating an innovative product portfolio that aligns with evolving customer demands and market trends. This executive role demands a strategic leader with a keen eye for data analytics, trend analysis, and a strong background in consumer product goods (CPG). The ideal candidate will lead the design and product development teams, ensuring success across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in merchandising leadership for textile
businesses with heavy focus on eCommerce channels.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic Planning: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies.
Market Analysis: Expertise in market analysis and trend awareness to guide product curation and development.
