Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Analyst

For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.As an ABM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies through insightful data analysis and data-driven recommendations. Your primary responsibilities will involve deploying, managing, and assessing the effectiveness of our ABM initiatives to drive superior results.

Your analytical prowess will be crucial as you harness third-party intent data to meticulously segment and target diverse customer groups. By delivering timely and relevant offers and campaigns, you will contribute to the optimization of our ABM activities, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.

In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will be tasked with creating and overseeing various dashboards and reports. These tools will enable you to measure performance across key metrics, empowering you to refine and perfect our commercial initiatives continually.

As a key player in our commercial team, this role serves as a revenue enabler, bridging the gap between internal business objectives and external customer needs. Effective collaboration is essential, necessitating frequent interaction with various departments including Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations Management, Product Management, IT and Finance. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving the success of our ABM efforts and overall commercial performance.

Let's talk about the role:

Develop and maintain tools, templates, and methodologies to support the ABM core team and Leadership team.

Manage, interpret and utilize 3rd party intent data for ABM.

Perform timely and relevant Commercial analysis by customer, product, channel, tier, program, etc., to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Provide structured and well-researched data-driven Commercial recommendations to the management team.

Partner with business SMEs and BI/IT on technology platforms to build a competitive advantage, focused on delivery through redefining requirements into MVP (minimum viable products).

Lead and participate in special projects/initiatives: by conducting data analysis and making recommendations, troubleshooting technical issues, and refining processes around customer support.

Navigate/extract/tie sources with Salesforce (CRM) data.

Combine 1st party data gathering for ResMed (surveys, site section visits, digital marketing leads, etc.) with 3rd party intent data for a more holistic approach.

Perform other ad hoc financial and sales/marketing analysis projects as needed involving KPI, competitive markets, sales operations, sales promotions, marketing programs and channel management, etc.

Become the subject matter expert in varying platforms/data sources.

Collaborate cross functionally to inform teams of shifts in business function from a data perspective and remain in sync with shifting priorities.

Let's talk about you:

Requires a minimum B.S./B.A. in Business, Finance or Economics.

3+ years of financial, sales and/or marketing analysis/reporting.

3+ years of direct experience using intent data for marketing initiatives.

Strong analytical capabilities and experience creating, deploying, administering and automating analytical tools.

Test & Learn experience – With ABM, the skills set to set up an A/B test for more accurate measurement/results.

Experienced user of website/digital marketing metrics.

Excellent organization and communication skills required. MBA preferred, not required. Experience within the medical device, regulated healthcare, and/or high-tech (hardware) industries highly preferred.

Microsoft SQL Server or other SQL experience (required).

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (required).

Tableau, Power BI or other business intelligence system experience (required).

Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud) or other CRM tool experience (required).

IQvia, Doximity or other medical data set experience (preferred).

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $110,000 - $164,000.

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
