Let's talk about the role:

As a Customer Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing account-based marketing strategies throughout North America. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and target net new and existing high-value accounts, create personalized marketing campaigns, deploying, managing, and assessing the effectiveness of our ABM and B2B initiatives to drive results. This role serves as a revenue enabler, bridging the gap between internal business objectives and external customer needs.

The Customer Marketing Manager will be innovative, driving new ideas and ways to partner with our most strategic accounts to engage our customers while also thinking about how we scale our tools and resources to be operationally effective. * Shape the account-based marketing capabilities at ResMed using knowledge of best practices to help identify the cross-functional collaboration model and processes to ensure efficient and effective campaign development* Work with sales and strategy leadership to identify top target accounts and objectives that drive growth, ensuring alignment with ResMed's overall business goals* Develop and execute targeted, integrated campaigns and programs for key accounts, collaborating closely with sales, digital, and cross-functional marketing teams.* Lead development of personalized content and messaging to engage with key customers and decision-makers within target accounts, including customer advocacy and customer success stories.* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of account-based marketing initiatives.* Oversee the timely execution of resources, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, digital, and social media strategies for all ABM campaigns.* Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.* Maintain understanding of ResMed North America Marketing goals and how ABM fits into broader Go-to-Market strategy* Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ABM, and recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results.* Provide regular reporting and insights to collaborators, including senior management, on the impact of account-based marketing efforts.

Let's talk about you:

* Bachelor's degree.* Minimum of 8 years of related marketing experience, including 3+ years of ABM experience* Previous experience with marketing and ABM tools such as IQVIA, Doximity, Demandbase, intent data providers, etc.* Proven demand generation skills gained through marketing long-tail, high consideration products. Highly desired to have an understanding of regulated environments* Solid track record of measurable impact on customer demand, revenue and other success metrics* Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others* Strong ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions* Organizational and project management skills with ability to own and drive project schedule from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $110,000 - $164,000

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
