A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible.The OpportunityThe Manager, Global Marketing Programs at MariaDB will own and drive global demand generation programs across digital and analog channels that build our marketing database and qualified leads. This individual will be working directly with the rest of the marketing and sales teams to build out campaign strategy, assets and tactics as well as execute key tactics directly or with the support of agencies. Tactics include website/SEO with content marketing assets, inbound lead nurture, improving conversion rates, webinar programs and, as appropriate, content syndication, paid digital advertising and sponsored webinars. Execution of these programs will involve hands-on execution in Marketo/SFDC, tracking lead qualification processes and progression of the leads through the revenue funnel.What you'll do:Develop and run journey-based always-on campaigns, capturing our ideal prospects across all relevant online and offline channels.Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop the most relevant campaign themes and define the audience we are going after.Drive the collaborative effort to create and define the campaign messaging, aligned with product and company messaging and fulfilled by campaign creative.Create the campaign plan including objectives, strategies and tactics, calendar, content and promotional plan details, to achieve the pipeline and bookings targets by channel mix (website, email, social, events, webinars, etc).Manage development and execution of all aspects of campaign deliverables – content assets and the promotional materials needed to merchandise them through all channels (email copy, banners, blogs, web copy, etc).Lead the entire internal and external team to execute campaign tactics across digital, events, and AR/PR.Drive continuous improvement of campaigns by evaluating asset and channel performance/conversions and lead quality. Adjust planning and investments throughout to optimize performance. Testing will be an integral part of the campaign execution.Enable the SDR team to successfully follow up with leads generated by campaigns as well as assist in outbound campaign efforts.Evangelize campaigns internally to ensure stakeholder alignment and executive support.Maintain our marketing database and build marketing programs in Marketo.Run reports in Marketo and SFDC to understand the impact of marketing campaigns and programs on leads.Support high profile marketing programs (all hands on deck) as needed.What you'll need:5+ years of experience in Marketing ideally with global marketing programs experience.Hands-on experience with B2B marketing and sales automation systems like Marketo and SFDC.Demonstrated success driving pipeline and bookings through demand programs, both online and offline.Results-driven individual with analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI – translating pipeline goals into a plan for what is needed to achieve the goal.Strong team player with an ability to develop effective working relationships across a distributed organization as well as externally with an ability to inspire and move a cross-functional team in a unified direction and with a unified vision.Nice To have/Bonus Skills:Marketo certification.Experience working in the SaaS/Software sector of industry.Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a related field.Location:

Redwood City, CA (preferred) or remote USA.Compensation:The annual anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is USD $115,000.00 - $125,000.00. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies.In addition, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than the job description as posted.
