Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.The primary responsibility of this multi-faceted creative position will be producing and editing video content to advance Charter’s marketing efforts for the Spectrum brand.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Utilize production talents and excellent creative instincts to produce compelling video content.Manage multiple simultaneous creative projects from development through delivery.Collaborate with writers and designers to ideate and develop visual treatments for Spectrum’s brand.Responsible for editing and finishing short and long form videos through the entire post production process, including motion graphics, color, audio, file delivery, etc.Use creative editing techniques to bring a strong sense of storytelling and style to video projects.Manage budget, schedule and the production of live action shoots for client direct work.Provide creative direction and manage production partners/vendors for multiplatform video content.Responsible for ideating, planning and executing with minimal supervision.Partner with various marketing teams and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Responsible for delivery of video and audio elements produced on multiple platforms.Ensure all creative work adheres to Charter’s standards for the brand.Have fun creating content for a brand that helps make important connections possible.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand English.Must have portfolio of proven work.Self-motivated individual with the ability to think, plan and execute with minimal supervision.Manage simultaneous creative projects from conception to delivery in a well-organized manner.Highly creative thinker who can tell stories visually with an eye for detail and consistency.Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud.Knowledge of Cinema 4D and other video applications including for color correction.Ability to manage audio production.Experience concepting and producing live action shoots with varying budgets.Ability to encode, compress and publish video.Ability to adapt quickly in a challenging and highly pressured environment.Ability to stay composed and troubleshoot problems on the spot.Knowledge of pop culture, TV and streaming video, Internet and mobile services.Have great taste in music.Willingness to be part of an exceptional team.Required EducationBS/BA in film and production or related field or equivalent experience.Required Related Work Experience and Number of YearsProduction experience in a professional environment - 5+Experience managing video projects from beginning to end - 5+Full operation of all software applicable to video editing and motion graphics - 5+WORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment. Occasional travel.
