Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.As an Art Director in the Brand Innovation Lab team, you'll be creating one-of-a-kind campaigns for a wide range of global Financial Services and Hospitality brands. You'll partner with creative directors, copywriters, designers, solutions managers, and producers to create innovative work using the full Amazon canvas (i.e. Prime Video, TNF, Alexa, Twitch, IMDb, Amazon Music, Amazon Live) and campaigns that benefit the end customer while meeting client needs and pushing the creative envelope. Your portfolio should feature interesting, insight-driven campaigns and ideas that solve advertiser problems through a variety of different media channels, including but not limited to video, social, digital, activations, radio, gaming, and outdoor. This role will be client-facing, so having good presentation skills to share work in a succinct and compelling way is important.Key job responsibilities

Concept, design and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global FinServ and Hospitality brands.Partner with copywriters, designers, solutions managers, developers, strategists, and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives.Create campaigns under the guidance of Creative Directors, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners.Deliver high-quality designs and stellar art direction for campaigns across different Amazon touchpoints.In-depth understanding of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Keynote.Data-driven and obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers results.Present ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and clients.Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and social.Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines.A day in the life From inception through launch, you will be responsible for ideating and delivering ambitious concepts and using data to iterate and improve, translating needs and constraints into simple, intuitive, and creative customer-focused solutions. You will be comfortable with leading ideation sessions, presenting and articulating end-to-end experiences, and turning that vision into high-quality advertising campaigns. Your daily activities may include:Brainstorming and improving campaign ideas and creating presentation decks.Presenting a campaign to brand clients and their partner media agency.Partnering with Amazon Music to create a CX that drives charity donations for a FinServ client.Designing a virtual travel experience for a brand inspired by a Prime Video original.Working through creative messaging feedback with clients, Legal, and PR.About the team Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab works with brands and agencies to develop campaigns that engage consumers at multiple stages of the marketing journey, building brand awareness, relevance, consideration, acquisition, and loyalty. Our global creative team of storytellers and innovators includes strategists, creatives, design technologists, engineers, producers, and more, collaborating to create solutions customized to our advertisers' goals.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 4 years art direction/design/communications experience at advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments.Must have an online portfolio URL in your resume, demonstrating an art direction, design, and conceptual thinking skillset, as well as big, campaignable thinking that can extend into any medium.Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
