The candidate must have a minimum of an architectural degree and be a creative, positive, well-organized person able to assume responsibility and collaborate with others. The candidate should also be well-rounded with strong design skills including the ability to sketch and hand draw.The candidate will work directly with the design team, principals, and clients to develop, detail, manage, and coordinate construction documents on a project-by-project basis. The candidate is expected to work with minimal supervision on all aspects of the process. The candidate should also have experience managing a team of consultants and be personable with clients.A professional degree in Architecture, Masters, or 5-year BAarch5 - 7 years of experience working in architecture and putting together Construction Documents and Construction Administration for Hospitality projects.Knowledge of the CBC and ADA standardsProfessional Architecture license preferredProficiency in ACAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS OfficeStrong verbal, graphic, and design skillsStrong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and self-managementSelf-motivated and collaborativeLEED AP preferredAbility to legally work in the United StatesThis is an in-person position; please do not apply if you are unable to come into our office in San Francisco.Compensation:Competitive salary, Paid vacation and holidays, Medical, Dental, & Vision Health Care Plans, 401K, Profit Sharing Plan.
