Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.Fast-paced, high-volume personal injury law firm is seeking an extremely energetic executive to serve as Digital Marketing Director.Job duties include but are not limited to:Recruit, Hire, Train and Manage Marketing Associates, including sales/intake associates.Develop Overall Marketing Strategy.Strategize with internal stakeholders on marketing and campaign plans against measurable goals and objectives.Monitor Key Performance Metrics.Develop, deploy, and analyze demand generation campaigns in a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels including email marketing, digital advertising, lead nurture programs, etc.Create/Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns.Monitor digital campaigns and collect metrics to calculate ROI and suggest continuous improvement.Sourcing and Managing 3rd Party Lead Generation Vendors.Sourcing and Managing Traditional Marketing Channels (Print, Radio, TV, Etc.).Manage Advertising Budget / Media Buying.Maintain/manage marketing campaigns to existing and previous client base.Managing and Overseeing Copywriting.Event Planning/Community Outreach.Maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve and apply to maintain relevancy and best practices approach.We will provide a professional career opportunity for the candidate who is efficient, detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and can learn and adapt quickly.
