A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Diabetes Global Marketing organization, where you will play a critical role in our pursuit of data-driven insights and solutions. You will be responsible for helping transform business needs into solutions in close collaboration with Marketing leaders. Together, we will transform diabetes care by expanding access, integrating care, and improving outcomes so people living with diabetes can enjoy greater freedom and better health.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.Constructs forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data, competitor activity, industry dynamics, and market knowledge.Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.Monitor direct and extended competitive space to inform business strategies and decisions.
