You have a strong sense of ownership.You are able to understand well business use cases - particularly around data.You’re a self-starter and can work in a chaotic environment.You’ve worked on B2B SaaS products before; experience with data/BI products is a plus.You can build low definition mockups, gather feedback, and iterate until you have a great solution.You’re proficient with Figma and capable of building/maintaining design systems.We’re looking for someone who will take our inputs and figure out the best way to solve these problems. We’ll expect you to be proactive, suggest solutions, and implement them.Context: Actiondesk is an all-in-one data platform that lets companies:Centralize all of their data in the same place.Build reports and dashboards.Over the past 6-9 months, we shipped many features too quickly without ensuring great UX, leading to a clunky experience. It’s a priority for us to make our product extremely intuitive over the next two quarters.Start Plan: Work and Objectives Initially, you’ll understand how our product works in depth, using provided training materials. You’ll learn what our customers do with our product and gather their feedback on improvements.You should become familiar with the product and generate ideas for enhancements. We’ll review your UX improvement list together and prioritize it.You’ll design these improvements, starting with low/mid-definition mockups for team and customer feedback, and iterate quickly. Once UX is validated, you’ll create high-definition screens for our Engineering team.About Actiondesk
