We believe we can accomplish more when we #Face Forward Together!About The RoleThe Senior Manager of Global Marketing for Laura Mercier is responsible for category strategy and developing a three-year innovation plan for the Color and Bath and Body categories in partnership with the Executive Director of Global Marketing.This role will lead the new launch innovation process and 360 activation planning driving cross-functional collaboration with regional stakeholders, Product Development, Creative, Digital, Merchandising, Education, and Communication in support of the long-term goals of bareMinerals.Primary ResponsibilitiesCo-lead the development of the innovation calendar with product development gaining buy in from education, US Marketing and key regions (APAC, UK) to meet the brand strategy and growth targets. Develop best in class breakthrough innovation concepts.Support the Executive Director in the gate approval process for innovation and go-to-market plans to gain buy in and support from the Executive Committee.Partner with US and International teams on local assortments, forecasting, line edits, pricing recommendations and go to market strategy.Drive a digital-first approach to launch plans in partnership with cross functional teams (PR, Social, Influencer, CRM, Ecomm, Paid Media).Develop ongoing support strategy for core franchises to defend and grow market share for color and skincare.Leverage consumer research, CRM data and industry reports to drive consumer insights and identify white space opportunities for future innovation in product, communication and go to market strategies.Supports the Executive Director in developing programs and initiatives that elevate the brand experience while ensuring global image, standards and direction is upheld.Lead project management process cross functionally for innovation to deliver launches on time and with excellence.Oversee the artwork process in conjunction with packaging designer and internal creative team.Support the development of key presentations for Executive Meetings, Market Week and In the Kitchen.Ensure consistent message across all internal documents (bulletins, marketing decks, retailer presentation etc).Develop the brief for creative development (campaigns, 360 briefs, VM etc).Manage and develop marketing coordinator.Key StakeholdersCross-functional teams including Legal, VM, Creative Agency (Internal and External), Education, Product Development, E-Commerce, PR, Influencer and Social teams.Regional Stakeholders (EMEA, APAC, North America etc).QualificationsCollege degree, 7+ years of work experience in marketing.Experience in a global beauty role, preferably in prestige cosmetics.Experience working with Sephora, Ulta or other retailers a plus.A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.Experience managing others.Understands how to influence in a matrix organization and across cultures.Strong analytical, strategic thinking skills, ability to structure presentations.Strong project management skills, structured, sense of respect of timeline, sense of urgency; able to adapt to shifting priorities and ongoing feedback.Attention to details, ability to work independently, reliable.Proactive, self-sufficient working style – able to manage up, manage down and manage across several teams.Needs to be a creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects at once.Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field.What Orveon Offers YouYou are a creator of Orveon’s success and your own. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.The pay range for this position is $115,000 – $195,000.
