If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President, Head of Marketing defines, develops and executes the marketing plan designed to optimize Equity Trust’s (herein referred to as “Company”) brand, while promoting value proposition and generating qualified leads in an economically efficient manner consistent with budget. Collaborates and partners closely with the leaders of multiple departments to ensure that the Company’s needs are addressed. Delivers marketing goals in alignment with the goals of the Company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Collaborates with senior leaders in the organization to determine marketing opportunities and approaches with specific focus on results and impact.Develops and maintains an inspiring brand identity for the organization.Defines and implements an integrated media and communications strategy spanning social media, public relations, thought leadership, partnerships, ambassadors, and community development.Seeks external opportunities to grow the Company’s brand and audience through various partnerships, media opportunities, and community engagement projects.Leads consumer insight and market intelligence efforts to inform target audience definition and deepen audience understanding of organizational functionality.Executes marketing initiatives to create and nurture prospects through all available channels, such as marketing automation, events, social media, direct mail, trade shows and webinars.Develops strategic marketing plans to drive customer experience and retention including annual planning and ad-hoc strategies.Ensures marketing campaigns contain compelling content, are targeted to the right audience, and have an underlined strategy to drive the desired call to action.Analyzes the performance of marketing initiatives against organization goals and develops plans for maximizing results.Maintains expert knowledge and understanding of state-of-the-art practices in marketing and communication.Develops and maintains KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the marketing team and the prospect journey.Collaborates and assists the organization in creating and maintaining positive online reputation.Creates educational materials related to the Company’s products and services and ensures they are produced in a variety of medias (video, audio, book, guides, etc.)Manages all Retail and Institutional client communications, ensuring client-centric messaging, accuracy of content, and branding.Manages relationships with external agencies and ensures that performance and delivery is consistently measured.Ensures budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the Company.Partners with corporate executives to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.Keeps abreast of industry news and competitor trends and prepares business proposals when opportunities present themselves.Coaches, mentors, and develops team members, oversees new associate onboarding, provides career development planning and opportunities.Leads associates to meet Company expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.Maintains transparent communication by sharing appropriate organizational information through department meetings and one-on-one meetings, email and regular interpersonal communication.OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Supports various corporate projects/initiatives including writing/branding RFPs, acquisition communications, acquisition integrations, corporate communications and presentations, etc.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.15 years of marketing experience, financial service industry preferred.Experience with lead generation, email marketing, direct mail, branding, CRM (Salesforce a plus), marketing automation (Pardot a plus), social media marketing, budgeting, reputation management, graphic design, marketing analytics, and copywriting.PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

None required.TECHNICAL SKILLS:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
