Job Summary:Responsible for coordinating the production, directing, shooting and editing of video and motion graphic content. This includes artistic design, creative elements and development of original programming. Deliverables for multiple departments including but not limited to Productions, Social Media, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Ticketing, Reds Community Fund, Reds Hall of Fame & Museum. Fulfill other duties and projects as assigned by VP, Promo Events & Productions and Sr. VP, Brand & Content. Collaborate within Communications & Marketing to achieve approved brand messaging throughout elements of all projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work in the creative process of all video and motion graphic content across multiple departments including marketing, social platforms, club website and game presentation.Lead a team of video shooters, editors, and designers towards collaborative goals.Lead, facilitate and help originate organizations video, motion graphics, animations and other visually engaging content for all Reds events and games.Responsible for receiving and overseeing the completion of video content requests for the organization.Be responsible for the Reds legal compliance for permissible licenses and assets usage including music, photos and video on content generated under your supervision.Work with Game Presentation and Promotional Events to elevate the fan experience in Great American Ball Park related to pregame & postgame events, as well as in-game entertainment including collaborating on the design of open video, crowd prompts, magic moments, theme graphics, player walk ups, game matchups and more.Maintain and continue improving personal skills in video and motion graphics and animations.Develop and follow approved budgets for shoots, animations, graphics.Work with marketing and scoreboard to develop production ideas.Work with other departments to address their video production needs.Edit commercials, features and vignettes.Sound recording and audio editing of music beds and VOs.Design and produce still and motion graphics as needed.Update sponsored features and elements as needed throughout the season.Participate as a member of the game day crew when assigned.Oversee the maintaining and organizing of video libraries (physical & virtual).Oversee the development and maintenance procedures for short term and long-term archiving.Log, transfer and digitize current and archival footage as needed.Experience with Audio Editing software and able to edit or fix audio clips.

Experience, Education and Licensure:

Eight to ten years of experience in video editing, new media, motion graphic production and live video production required.Bachelor’s degree in related communication/production field required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills.Extensive experience creating motion graphics.Extensive knowledge of production facility design and engineering concepts.Awareness of current technological advancements.Expertise in developing communications for a variety of media.Proficiency with various graphic and motion graphic software and multi-camera video production equipment.Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro, PhotoShop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Element 3D, Ross Xpression and 3D Studio Max graphics applications.Implement the use of Rotoscope.Must be able to work well with others and solve problems within a fast-paced, deadline oriented, high-energy environment.Previous management of full-time staff members, as well as written and verbal communication skills are valued in this position.Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be willing to work evenings and weekends and may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
