for an open opportunity with a
medical appliance development
client in Sunnyvale, CA. This position will be a
full-time ,
hybrid ,
6-month contract
with the potential to extend. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience publishing web and digital content, with knowledge of commercial internet/web tools, protocols, SEO, and UX design. Compensation for this position is expected to be between
$48/hr - $58/hr
depending on experience level and fit. Travel required up to 10%. Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days/week onsite.
All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.The Web Content Publisher (Digital Marketing) will report to the Web Marketing leadership as part of the Brand and Creative teams to ensure timely publication of web content. This opportunity will generally be focused on the look, feel, operation, user experience, content, quality, and functionality of the commercial website.What You'll Do:Primary duties will involve publishing and maintaining internal/external company website content using an enterprise content management system.Work will include creating/publishing web pages, reformatting text, assuring hyperlink integrity, file transfer, and posting of new material to pages.Additional duties may also include the documentation of process and interaction with other departments in the maintenance of their web page material.Partner closely with UX and Development teams to implement pages or applications into production.Perform content maintenance programming for web pages and web applications.What You'll Need:3+ years of relevant professional experience, publishing web and digital content.Knowledge of commercial internet/web tools, protocols, and SEO.Basic training and experience in UX and UX design is required (understanding of accessibility and usability).Basic understanding of HTML.Prior experience with an enterprise CMS such as Sitecore, AEM, or similar.Great verbal and written communication ability at various levels—with the ability to influence up and down within an organization.Time management skills and ability to deliver projects with efficiency.Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Understanding and/or experience working in a highly regulated industry.
