Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer looking to make a mark in the creative industry? We're seeking a talented individual to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative and impactful design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Ideation:
Generate original and innovative design concepts under the guidance of art directors or creative directors.Collaboration:
Work effectively with copywriters and other team members to ensure designs are cohesive and on strategy.Visual Development:
Create sketches, mockups, or prototypes to bring design concepts to life.Production Coordination:
Collaborate with print production specialists to discuss paper, specs, and folds, and obtain accurate printing estimates.Layout Design:
Develop layouts that are visually appealing, clear, and require minimal updates.Optimization:
Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including digital and print.Quality Assurance:
Review your own work to deliver error-free designs that contain all required elements and adhere to brand guidelines.Time and Budget Management:
Complete work on time and within budget, meeting client expectations and company standards.Brand Maintenance:
Maintain and evolve brand visual identities, including color palettes, typography, and overall design language.Brand Integrity:
Preserve the brand integrity of each client.Photo and Video Support:
Contribute to the planning and art direction of photo and video shoots when needed.Teamwork:
Build strong relationships with key partners throughout the agency and resolve creative differences collaboratively.
Requirements:
Ad agency, healthcare, hospitality experience A MUSTElevated, clean portfolio requiredBachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency settingMust have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills across various mediaExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
