Architectural Designer

Job Description : Insight Global is looking for an Architectural/BIM Design Lead to sit in Raleigh, NC for an Engineering consulting firm. This position will be responsible for the following duties -Responsibilities:Develop and oversee the production of architectural construction documentsPromote and connect users/local offices with training, educational, and communication resourcesTrain and mentor staff in detailing, planning production, and digital processingUnderstand model health in office projects and provide guidance to attain a healthy levelPromote communications developed by Digital Practice Team and Regional Digital Leader.Lead large project teams in project start-ups and the management of models and project deliverablesAssure compliance with project contract language, proposals, deliverablesAssist with consultant models and integrationAssist project leadership in aligning user skillsets with project requirementsDirect preparation of drawings by Technicians of lesser experience as needed, or have direct supervisory responsibility for staffWork with clients or contractor representatives as neededPerform other duties as needed
