Design Assistant
with
construction experience
to join our growing team.In this role, you'll support our design team throughout all phases of the design and build process, from managing design deliverables to coordinating with contractors and clients. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of construction practices.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate design deliverables (presentations, material selections, construction documents)Collaborate with designers and project managers to track timelines and budgetsAttend site visits, take detailed field notes, and document design updatesOrganize construction documents, permits, and contractsServe as the liaison between clients, vendors, designers, and contractorsConduct quality checks to ensure all design elements meet the highest standardsQualifications:Previous experience in a design-build, construction, or remodeling roleStrong proficiency in CAD and other design management platformsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, solve problems, and adapt to changing project needsIf you're a team player with a passion for design and construction, we want to hear from you!
