Job DescriptionJob Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in Casa Fresca Homes’ growing Sales & Marketing Department and is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the implementation of marketing and communication strategies. This is not a remote position—position will be working from our Riverview, FL office with discretionary work-from-home days.
Expectations and Essential Duties
Work with the Sales & Marketing teams to implement marketing initiatives
Manage and take ownership of all new home listings on our website and on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Prepare and update sales materials and web content while adhering to brand guidelines
Assist in the management of Casa Fresca Homes’ digital library of photography, videos, collateral, and digital files
Complete projects within set deadlines, and maintain strong communication with the relevant teams
Assist with Quality Control checks for accuracy on all consumer-facing materials on all platforms: new home listings, photography, website content, sales materials, etc.
Assist Marketing Managers in coordinating events
Assist Marketing Managers with ordering community sales collateral and flag and signage requests
Assist the Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers on projects as needed
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or any related arts or sciences field
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent time management and project management skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to work independently and take ownership over projects
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) knowledge a plus
