Minimum Qualifications
Leverage Government-provided User Experience (UX) principles and practices in the design, development, fielding and operations of the Mission Partner portal.Operate and maintain an unclassified and classified Mission Partner service portal that enables existing users to manage Data Transport Service requests and to retrieve up-to-date status information regarding service requests and current system status data.Create and maintain on the service portal a dashboard which provides status of the Mission Partner's service, to include performance against their respective SSA.Track and report service metrics associated with MP SSAs and provide a monthly summary level report to each respective MP via the Mission Partner Portal.Monitor, report, and provide the ability for a user to view the status of the entire system including SYSCAP and OPSCAP status via a System Dashboard.Perform manual and human-in-the-loop registration for mission partner portal access, with an objective of automated registration and access.Perform manual and human-in-the-loop service workflows and approvals, with an objective of highly automated service workflows and approvals.Provide a Customer Service (i.e., MP) portal for service ordering and status for each DTaaS enclave (e.g., UNCLASS, SECRET/COLLATERAL, TS/SCI) offered.Provide a standardized User Experience (UX) across service portals.Provide a System Dashboard that:1) Displays the health, status, and availability of each underlay network;2) Displays current network topology and state of both virtual and physical network devices;3) Displays the current Cyber status of the system;4) Provides real-time data;5) Provides system alerts;6) Allows authorized users to manage dashboard layouts;7) Allows users to visualize high-level system and comprehensive detailed network views;8) Allows definition and management of Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) policies;9) Provides System Capability (SYSCAP) and Operations Capability (OPSCAP) information;10) Enables authorized users to create customizable alerts;11) Enables authorized users to troubleshoot system problems;12) Enables authorized users to view MP, carrier, and external system connections; and13) Enables authorized users to manage system resources.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be currently eligible for a TS/SCI
