At this time, we have an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, organized, and creative

Product Marketing Specialist

with a successful track record in coordinating activities and processes for our product development team.

You will be responsible for reviewing retail packaging, maintaining data files with item details, providing cost analysis, tracking development status and prototype samples.

Excellent time management is needed in order to fulfill high customer demands and turnaround times.

Responsibilities:

Work directly alongside product team consisting of Product Development Managers, Designers, and Sales to support department goals and strategies with tight deadlines.

Review packaging layouts for design and accuracy with minimal supervision.

Maintain various spreadsheets and databases with product details and costs.

Work with product team to support analysis of current market trends and designs.

Analyze and report cost and sales information.

Follow up with vendors on quotes and samples for completed product.

Review vendor quote sheets for accuracy.

Review samples for quality assurance.

Perform other duties and complete other special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is required, recent graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills are a must.

Independent and self-directed.

Possess skills to quantify, analyze and report cost and sales information such as dollars, margins, and increases or decreases with accuracy.
