Figma is looking for a "full-stack" Product Marketing Manager to support Figma's platform and partner ecosystem. You will work closely with the partners building on Figma's platform as well as our product, sales, design, and broader marketing teams to build, launch, and drive adoption of Figma's platform and growing ecosystem of integrations. You will also have the opportunity to help us build out the partner marketing foundation at Figma-from developing messaging and positioning, telling our partners' stories, architecting campaigns, building out enablement resources, and more.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

Work with partners to create joint marketing plans that help us achieve shared goalsIdentify potential partners to help us reach new audiences and build co-marketing programs with themDrive deeper engagement with our platform and integrations with through content and campaignsWork with the broader marketing team on creative co-marketing ideas that span web, community, social, events, and other marketing channelsWork closely with our business development and marketing teams to build and scale a set of repeatable partner programsArm internal and partner sales teams with resources that help them position Figma's platform and key integrationsTrack and measure project success, so we can learn what works and continue making our programs betterGrow a community of partners that feel loved and valued

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

3+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, or a related roleThe ability to champion the customer and experience in soliciting customer feedbackDemonstrated strong written skill, ability to avoid enterprise jargon, can adapt to the Figma voice, and write with partners and customers in mindExperience leading and driving cross-functional initiativesExperience working directly with customers and or partners

While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

Experience launching integrations or technical products and featuresField event or growth marketing experienceExperience working with design and/or collaborative workflow tools

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):$112,000 — $238,000 USD
