Were a thriving and growing organisation which offers you many possibilities to shape a better world, and your future.**The opportunity**+ Assist with coordination of internal and external events???+ Assist in conducting searches for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)+ Work with other team members to produce proposals???+ Research and gather information for upcoming projects?or interviews?+ Managing meeting bookings, creating, and disseminating meeting minutes???+ Research (internet-based) various markets to identify project leads???+ Conduct research on managed/priority clients+ Manage information in databases related to client engagement???+ Update and maintain information in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) database???+ Assist in preparing brochures and other collateral materials???+ Help to maintain database of conferences, award submittals, speaking engagements and other BD / networking activities???+ Assist with coordination and preparation of seminars, events, conferences and speaking opportunities???+ Organizes and participates in local industry events relevant to the firm+ Interest in external business development**Is this role right for you?**Were looking for interns who are curious and ready to evolve how you think and work.
