Were a thriving and growing organisation which offers you many possibilities to shape a better world, and your future.**The opportunity**+ Assist with coordination of internal and external events???+ Assist in conducting searches for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)+ Work with other team members to produce proposals???+ Research and gather information for upcoming projects?or interviews?+ Managing meeting bookings, creating, and disseminating meeting minutes???+ Research (internet-based) various markets to identify project leads???+ Manage information in databases related to client engagement???+ Conduct research on managed/priority clients and update and maintain information in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) database???+ Assist in preparing brochures and other collateral materials???+ Help to maintain database of conferences, award submittals, speaking engagements and other business development (BD)/networking activities???+ Maintain deadlines and event entries in a marketing calendar???+ Assist with coordination and preparation of seminars, events, conferences, and speaking opportunities???+ Organizes and participates in local industry events relevant to the firm??????**Is this role right for you?**Were looking for interns who are curious and ready to evolve how you think and work. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York City, NY will differ.**Flexible Working** - We believe that flexible arrangements create a more inclusive way of working that supports our diversity and the wellbeing of our people.
