About the Opportunity:

Avaya is seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be part of the Performance Marketing Team, reporting to the Director of Account Based Marketing and Demand Generation.

As an ABM Manager I, you will be responsible for developing and executing an ABM program for both 1:Few and 1:Many segments within North America, while supporting our EMEA and APAC counterparts as well.

This is an exciting new position within Avaya's Performance Marketing Team, as we're building a Global Account Based Marketing Function.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales and field marketing teams to identify and align on target accounts.Assist in planning, building, and monitoring digital campaigns within channels such as LinkedIn, Demandbase One, Google, Eloqua, Drift and more.Day-to-day management of target account lists and audiences within Demandbase One for use in campaigns, reports and dashboards.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Campaigns, Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Digital (Web) and Corporate Marketing to ensure we're developing and flighting the right messaging for the right audiences at the right time.Document and showcase best practices internally across sales and marketing teams.Coordinate with Marketing Ops on campaign management and tracking.Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness and ROI.Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, on the progress and impact of ABM campaigns.About You

3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in the software industryDemonstrated experience working closely with sales teams to identify target accounts and ensure alignment on strategy and goals.Experience in: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Demandbase One (or similar), Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe AnalyticsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate campaign strategies and results to cross-functional teams and leadership.Ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $145,000 + bonus.
