We are seeking a

Customer Mkt Planning Analyst

in Reynoldsburg, Ohio for a remote contract opportunity who is responsible for supporting omni-channel campaign execution including direct mail, email, SMS, app and corresponding offer creation. It will support the Campaign Orchestration team by assisting with campaign segmentation and offer creation to ensure an omni-channel customer experience.

Top 3 to 5 skills:SQL or string inclination to quickly pick it upProficient in UNICA, Salesforce, ADOBE, Oracle querying, SQL Server or similar DATA platformsWillingness to consume existing process documentation. Not shy about reaching out to others with Questions/Building relationshipsPrevious work in a fast paced environment including processing high volume of subject matter messages in Outlook and prioritizing work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in implementing campaigns and offers, including the support of direct mail, SMS, app, and email programs, using campaign execution tools and offer platforms and related process improvement.Update accurate offer-related documentation correlating with channel support, ensuring accuracy prior to distribution to cross-functional partners.Assist in troubleshooting efforts for campaign or offer-related issuesAdhere to internal and external vendor SLAs ensuring deliverables are provided in a timely manner & campaigns go out on time.Contribute to the analysis and optimization of team processes, using data-driven insights to improve workflows and efficiencySupport team members’ work by providing a QA review of deliverables when neededResponsible for weekly count validation for campaign populationsResponsible for testing and validating offer functionality prior to the start of a campaign redemption windowContribute to seasonal and campaign hindsight analysis, helping to identify findings for future segmentation and testing, and supporting innovation in execution processes and tools

Minimum Qualifications:Previous experience working in a data warehouse environment preferred.Some SQL experience required.Some experience with databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server or strong willingness to pick up those skills.Familiarity with campaign tools such as ADOBE, UNICA and/or CRM tools like Salesforce, Oracle CRM.Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Campaign Management tool experience preferred.Any exposure to programming preferred.Understanding of/Eye for Process Improvement & Project Management along with task prioritization.Experience in a fast environment – such as marketing, analytics or finance.Strong communication skills – ability to understand technical requirements and build a plan of execution to get the required deliverable with minimum support.Analytical thinker with ability to identify and proactively solve problems.Understand the importance of team work, time prioritization, planning, coordination and collaboration.

Education:Bachelor’s/associate degree in Finance, IT, Business, Economics, Marketing, Math, related disciplines or equivalent work experience.
